Kuma Mideksa is the the Director of Indoctrination Directorate of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF).

Prior to his current position, he was the Director of Defense Media Affairs Directorate of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF). Kuma was promoted from Colonel to the rank of Brig. General in January 2020.
