Belete Molla is the Minister of Innovation and Technology since October 2021.

He holds PhD in Philosophy from Addis Ababa University. He also received his BA and MA in Philosophy from Addis Ababa University.

Belete is the founder and Chairman of the National Movement of Amhara (NMA). He has served as a lecture at Addis Ababa University at the Department of Philosophy.
