Merga Yonas Bula is the Managing Editor at MFC. As a freelance journalist at Table.Media, he has been covering sociopolitical and economic issues of countries in the Horn of Africa and their diaspora communities. He also worked as an Editor at Deutsche Welle (DW) and Co-Project Manager at DW Akademie.
Merga has an MA in International Media Studies, a joint project of DW Akademie, Bonn Rhein-Sieg University, and the University of Bonn and a PhD in Communication Science from the Institute of Communication and Media Studies of Leipzig University.
