Abdurahman Ismael Allo is the head of Joint Logistics Department of the Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF). Abdulrahman was prompted from the rank of Maj. General to Lie. General on January 2022.

Prior to his current position, Abdulrahman was the CEO of the Defenses Forces Foundation.
